3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or WhatsApp.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking date.
• Hotel, transport, and activity providers may have separate cancellation policies.
• Refund processing may take 7–15 working days.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.

4. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification documents during their journey. Saira Holidays will not be responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.

5. Hotel & Accommodation

Hotels are provided based on package inclusions and availability. Similar category hotels may be provided if the originally selected property becomes unavailable.

6. Transportation Services

Taxi and transportation services are provided according to the itinerary. Vehicle upgrades, route changes, additional sightseeing, parking charges, toll taxes, and permits may incur additional charges where applicable.

7. Itinerary Changes

Saira Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational requirements without prior notice.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Saira Holidays acts as a travel organizer and is not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, theft, baggage loss, natural disasters, flight cancellations, weather disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Follow local laws and regulations.
• Respect hotel, transport, and destination rules.
• Maintain appropriate behavior during tours.

10. Website Usage

Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or engage in activities that may affect website functionality or security.
